There is no required waiting period or minimum length of stay on the Island , so couples can marry on the day of arrival if they wish to do so .
Following Documents have to be provided:
A Valid Passport or the original copy of the applicants birth certificate. Accompanied by your return flight tickets .
Documents:-
- Valid 10 year UK Passport and Original Birth Certificate.
- If either party has been divorced, he/she must bring the Original Decree Absolute or a Certified copy of the Final Judgment, not the Decree Nisi. If the Decree Absolute is not in English, an authorised Notary Public must translate it.
- If either party has been widowed, he/she must bring a copy of their marriage and death certificate in respect to the deceased spouse
- All documents must be in English , or translation is required
